Wow how have you been? It has been quite some time I know, but I have some VERY important news for you..
no, I'm not giving you that £5 I owe you..
nope, nor am I taking you out to dinner, though that would be nice..
AHH ok I'm going to tell you, I'm too excited..
I'm going on another Journey. To Hong Kong.
Yes that's right I'm actually slinging my hook east this time, all the way to the (I'm told) beautiful city of Hong Kong! To be exact I'm hoping to take part in an exchange through my university to Hong Kong Polytechnic University, that's the place below, the orange building:
Ok so yes the keyword in that sentence is 'hoping'! I have started this now as I'm just too super excited and I really want to write/blog/tell anyone and anything about it! I'm going to see a lecturer tomorrow to talk about potential modules that I would take, my brain is just way too small to cope with working them out by myself you see, and then I will actually need to apply, yeap that's quite important, and then I guess just sit and wait..
The closing date for applications is actually next February, so I'm a little ahead of schedule but hey there's nothing wrong with being early is there! ..is there?!
We actually have to put down our 3 top choices for universities to go to, so (obviously) Hong Kong is my number 1, then there are 2 unis in Australia that will go number 2 and 3, but hopefully I won't have to change the name of the blog!haha
Right well enough 'putting off looking at potential modules' for one night, I'm going to put my academic hat on and have a trawl through lots of intellectual words on a screen..wish me luck!
